monaco, eze, and villefranche sur mer

We got off the boat, still rocking back and forth and walked around
trying to find a place to eat- the way we went didn't seem to have
anyplace open for another hour (1pm) and of course monaco is a very
very hilly place. Stairs and hills everywhere. (vince- please do
something about that!)
We finally found something ate and headed to the vans for a tour of Eze
and Villafranche.
Eze is an old mideval castle way high up in the mountains overlooking
the riveria and border/gateway to Provence. Absolutely spectacular.
And there are little artesian shops in the little nooks and crannies
of the castles walkway! Didn't have enough time there.
Drove Down to the sea to villefranche sur mer - little fishing
village, giant cruise ships way bigger than ours- out in the harbor.
Only good thing here was the glacé - ice cream- which Sammi seemed to
eat too quickly.

We survived the 11 hour flight plus layover and are now at Disneyland
waiting for it to open at 10. Sammi's been waiting since 4am.....
